Oz revisited in extreme miniature!

 

Hi friends. I have been busy..and not sleeping much. no, these are not the dolls featured in my last three posts, these are all about 1/2 that size!  I created yet more OZ fun! These are all very tiny! As you can see compared to the spool of thread! each figure is just 3.5 inches total height. I am happy with the work I have done here. It was a lot of fun. Guess I should make Glinda, and the Wizard too, but stopped here for now. Penny, I tried needle felting, and came up with a tiny Toto! Hes a furry little 1 inch likeness!

p.s. I added a couple of photos of TOTO, hes a little needle felted furball! It was a first attempt at needle felting, and not a great one, but at least you can recognize Toto! :)  SOLD

Hello everyone. You know I didn't realize the monkeys were blue from Oz, not until I was commissioned to create one! Boy, was this ever fun! His jacket and hat are hand painted, that was no easy task! SOLD

Hello friends, thank you all for your recent visits! Well, this is my version of the Cowardly Lion! I think he turned out pretty well, in hindsight, I would have preferred his head a slight bit smaller, and body a slight bit taller. But you get the jist! :) SOLD

 

 

 

The ~ TinMan~

 

 

Hello friends, Yes, you guessed it, it is indeed another nostalgic piece, commissioned by the lovely lady who purchased the Scarecrow posted here last week. I had so much fun creating the TinMan, and am now "working" on the Cowardly Lion..he's proving to be quite a challenge, but we will see! Hope you are all having a great week so far. The weather is beautiful here in Ky. it's 63* and lots of sunshine. Certainly feels like fall. Tomorrow it is supposed to rain, and get much colder, so it will feel like winter!
